I may not be able to roast a turkey but I can definitely make a nice one out of yarn.

You can find the free pattern here. I opted to make the dish cloth lettuce and the veggies are magnets. The turkey alone is a little plain and this way the complete set really does make a great gift.

So this is exciting! A project I’ve been working on for a little while just went live! Three (exclusive!) project bag designs for Ravelry’s minimart.

Since the brief for this assignment was, essentially, “Could you draw us some cute animals doing things with yarn and fiber?” I was pretty excited to take this on. It’s exceptionally fun to get to do work that covers my interests so thoroughly.

You can find the bags on Ravelry: Yarn Decisions, Winding, and Drop Spindle!

I want the winding one like you wouldn’t believe.

Cute. I wish I had friends like these. Not that mine aren’t wonderful they’re just not the yarn spinning or balling type.
